Do I have to purchase a Purple plan if I live on-campus?

Yes, all students living on-campus are required to purchase a Purple plan per the Campus Living contract.

How do I change my meal plan?

Email dining@ecu.edu Be sure to include your Banner ID and the plan you want to change to. You will receive an email confirmation when change is made.

The Friday after Labor Day in September and the Friday after MLK day in January are the deadlines for changing a meal plan for the semester.

How do I add Gold Bucks?

Gold Bucks can be added via the GET Mobile App or the link to the GET website on the ECU 1 Card homepage www.ecu.edu/1card The Bucks are immediately added to your 1 card.

When and how do I access my meal plan?

Meal plans are added to your 1 card on the Tuesday before classes begin in the Fall and on Thursday before classes begin in the Spring. Cashiers swipe your 1 card to access your meal plan.

Can I add Pirate meals to my plan if I run out?

No, Pirate Meals can not be added, however, you can purchase additional  Gold Bucks. For every $100 you add you will receive $15 bonus points.
